Rising Star Coffee Roasters - Cleveland

I stopped by this restaurant for breakfast before heading out on a road trip and had a delightful and speedy meal! They offered a variety of delicious bagels and four vegan cream cheese options. I chose a rosemary sea salt bagel with garlic herb cream cheese, a vegan cinnamon roll, and a cardamom bomb latte with oat milk. The food was served promptly and all of it was incredibly delicious, exactly what I was looking for!

The restaurant offers a diverse selection of pastries suitable for vegans, gluten-free individuals, and dairy-eaters. We ordered a vegan cinnamon roll, a blueberry lemon muffin, and a raspberry croissant that was not vegan. They also provide oat and almond milk options for coffee and tea drinks, which come in a wide variety. This is one of the few places in downtown where vegans can enjoy breakfast, and the staff is very friendly and well-informed.

I really enjoyed this cozy spot inside the Arcade! Even though there is currently no indoor dining, the vegan and gluten-free baked goods here are definitely worth a try. The gluten-free and vegan morning glory muffin had the perfect flavor, sweetness, and texture. My friend tried the gluten-free vegan zucchini brownie, as well as a pistachio white chocolate cherry cookie, and loved them too. The staff were also very friendly. I'll definitely be checking out their other locations as well!

This is one of the best cappuccinos I've had in a long time. A must-try while downtown in Cleveland.

Absolutely delicious! Any time a cafe makes their iced mocha with chocolate milk, it is unbeatable! I loved dropping in for a quick coffee to kick off the morning.
