A delicious repast: Red Robin crafts burgers and unlimited apps (Garlic Fries shown, the Scorpion Burger got no chance to be photographed because he is a fend for it, I'm sorry! a wonderful experience for my palate. The staff in the Rocky River location was very attentive and friendly. I look forward to returning to my anniversary of our sun. 5/5

We came to a late lunch and sat right away. We had the place for us. I had the whisky BBQ chicken and the boss had the scorpionburger. Food came out hot and fast. Endless salad and hair fills us. Sam was a great server. She was very friendly and didn't bother us. Totally great meal. Thank you.

Sign up for a license account! They give you a free burger to use once a month. Most places give you a week or two to use a birthday reward. Ever heard of a McGangBang? McDonald's! I created that with red Robin. Simply add a crispy chicken patty to your burger. The world is changing! And cost only 1.99 to add. Make sure you fill after a fry when you order a togo. They definitely went down since I worked there.

Service was great. Quick and friendly. She had burger with teriyaki and pineapple, coffee. Tasty. Burger done right....no pink. She liked crispy edges on burger. I tried slice of pineapple with my burger too. I had master cheeseburger, no bun, fries, Root beer float (never-ending). Burger done just right (slightly pink) and loved the float

I have heard many good things about this place, so I decided to try it with some friends. The worst experience I have ever experienced during a first visit to every institution!!! Waiting is longer than it should be... then the Jordan server came as a snobby when it first went to our table. This was later exemplified with their lack of compassion for me, and my people (a black one, a white one), as their customer service skills were subpar. But she showed these abilities with the way she talked to a gentleman sitting in the corner that told us that the Steakhouse Burger was good (it was), and two older women sitting behind us. She has addressed her with thanks and a good day. Nothing closer came to us. But after the offer to my two guests, she gave drinking refills, but no such offer came to me, the one who closes the bill!! Therefore the 10% tip.. I shouldn't have given one. The only tip that this young lady deserved was that I told her that next time she did a better job!!! I will not return!
