Primoz Pizzeria - Cleveland

I ordered buffalo wings, cheesy breadsticks, and a large chocolate chip cookie at the restaurant. Everything was delicious.

On the 4th of July, we ordered approximately $60 worth of food from this restaurant. Despite the website indicating that they were open, we placed our order and received a confirmation that it would be ready in 30 minutes. However, when we arrived, the restaurant was closed and locked. Phone calls went unanswered. Although they refunded our money, no additional compensation was offered.

I used to be a regular customer, but I was disappointed when they introduced the Chief Wahoo signature pizza. I don't understand why they would choose to add something so controversial that could negatively impact their business. It's foolish to not consider the implications of associating with a potentially racist symbol.

I have eaten here several times because of their wide vegan selection and was very happy each time, but my last time bought, I received visibly different cheese on my pizza. I asked the personal if it was vegan cheese, as it looked completely different than the other pizzas I had recently bought and was sure it was. it looked crispy like feta or parmesan crumbs, but I didn't want to eat, so I went ahead and ate it. the texture was clearly different, it was chewing instead of a more sticky or gooey texture, and the taste was completely different from the other pizzas I had. I just finished eating a bit and was sadly hit with extreme digestion problems, which signaled me well that my hunch was right and the cheese was absolutely not vegan. I can not risk health problems like these especially for the cost, so I will not buy again.

I called ahead and said I would be picking up my Lakewood Vegan pizza about an hour later. I’ve had their pizza before but man, it is truly the best. The crust is perfect, not too greasy, not too thin or thick, the perfect ratio between crunch and soft. Their red sauce is magnificent and if you love onion and garlic then the Lakewood should be your choice. This location is far from me so I only get it on special occasions or when I’m near the airport. And picking it up an hour from when I called it in worked out too because it must’ve been sitting for a few minutes because by the time I picked it up, it wasn’t piping hot so I dug right in and ate half of the pizza right there in the parking lot, perfect temperature.Just the perfect pizza what else can I say. I just wish they had vegan cookies like Ohio Pie does ?
