Pizza Hut - Cleveland

I placed my order through the app and it seemed like the pizza was prepared immediately. However, it ended up sitting on a trolley for about an hour before it was finally brought to me. I would have picked it up myself, but they don't allow changes after the order has been placed. Plus, when I ordered, it said it would only take 30 minutes.

I placed my order at 8:57 PM and I’m still waiting for it now at 10:52 PM. I’ve called multiple times, but no one answers. Now that the restaurant is technically closed, my calls are disconnected with a message saying they’re closed. I contacted customer service for assistance, but they were unhelpful because they “do not contact the restaurants directly.” This is absolutely ridiculous.

I ordered a large veggie pizza for pickup on the DoorDash app. My order was ready when I arrived and the pizza was pretty good.

BUYER BEWARE!!! They never deliver!!...they will take your order and say they will be there in 30 mins and not come. You will even call back and they will say the driver is in route..an hour later they are still not there. They never show up. They have been doing this for years so I don't know how they are still in business. Pick your food up from this location or go elsewhere!

Worst pizza ever it wasn't even done and the wings wasn't seasoned.. I could've keep my 19.42 yuck won't be back
