I am in the city for a conference and migrated to phoenix this morning. the atmosphere was great and baristas were super friendly! I was a harder customer and asked her to do something they don't have on her menu. they were extremely courteous, patient and did not seem angry or something! and of course the coffee was amazing. so smooth and tasty. highly recommended! The staff were unfriendly. When I asked a question, I was told to put on my mask, even though I was already wearing it. There was no welcoming or friendly atmosphere at all. Unfortunately, the coffee was also not good. View all feedback.

First time at this location, love the look! The tulip on my friends latte was perfect as well!
Somewhat rude staff. Told not to move a chair around by the women working here, which embarrassed us and people were staring at us. She said she had to be the one to do it. Totally uncomfortable experience and certainly not a welcoming environment. I would recommend for those type of people to work from home instead of around the public.
Service was quick their iced mocha was one of the best I have ever had!
Delicious mocha! Will definitely be back whenever we visit Cleveland.
