Phoenix Cafe - Cleveland

I highly recommend visiting this coffee shop. The coffee is top-notch, and the staff really know what they're doing. The ambiance is lovely, with a few tables conveniently placed near electrical outlets. Large windows let in plenty of natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

I visited this charming little café while attending a conference in Cleveland and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly and well-informed, creating a warm atmosphere perfect for either working or catching up with friends. The cold brew coffee was exceptional, although I wish there had been more snack options available. I would definitely return!

I'm in town for a conference and stopped by Phoenix this morning. The atmosphere was wonderful, and the baristas were incredibly friendly! I was a bit of a difficult customer by requesting a drink that wasn't on the menu. They were very accommodating and patient, showing no signs of annoyance at all! And of course, the coffee was fantastic—so smooth and delicious. I highly recommend this place!

Great service girl behind the counter was all alone during a rush, but was superb, friendly and efficient! Also, delicious lattes made with perfection!

I accidentally dropped into this place in downtown Cleveland. Liked it immediately. They serve very good coffee. The interior is appealing. Simply a nice place to stop by and have good espresso.
