Olive Garden - Cleveland

A mother's night is over. Pleasantly surprised with the great experience we received. Called to be put on the waitress, Hostess was friendly, we sat fast and enjoyed a delicious dinner that was cheap. Everyone seemed great to work together. Oksana was our waitress and she was perfect! We will definitely come back!

It was super slow during our visit because of the rib fixed on the road. The service was excellent and fast. The food was quickly and super freshly prepared. And our waitress was super friendly. Great place for Dataight. Clean facilities.

I don't like pasta so much, but my mother wanted to go here because she loves it. We went on a Monday during the day, so it was not very well occupied, which is understandable. I had a steak because I didn't want pasta and most options are pastas. It was a good steak, but it was quite small and came anyway with pasta. I also ordered a mixed drink from here, and it took almost as long as the food arrived, which was somewhat absurd, but it at least tasted good. The waitress who served us was polite and fast, although she seemed to be stressful. Overall a pretty good experience.

The dinner at Olive Garden was good, as expected. However, the standout was the exceptional service. Our waiter, Michael, and the manager went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The entire team was amazing and even showed concern for our safety as we left during a storm. It was a level of kindness and care that we had never experienced before. Thank you to the awesome team at Olive Garden for making sure we made it home safely.

We received very fast and friendly service at this restaurant. The food was delicious and our server was especially kind.
