Nunzio's Pizzeria - Cleveland

I ordered food last night and it took an hour and a half for it to be delivered. When it finally arrived, my food was cold. I called the restaurant to complain, and they offered me a $6 credit or a replacement meal. Since I had already fed my kids, I was told I could only take the credit. They were fully aware that my food was cold because the delivery driver’s car had broken down, and my order had been sitting there. They didn’t bother to inform me about the issue beforehand and just delivered the food as if everything was fine. It's ridiculous that my kids had to wait an hour and a half for cold food, and the restaurant did nothing to make it right. How can you deliver cold food knowing it was going to be cold?

Late-night pizza is definitely better than when they first open. I recommend ordering it late at night rather than during the day. The pizza is good and reasonably priced.

It wasn't worth the price. While it wasn't awful, it didn't offer enough to justify the cost.

Ordered from here to a hotel (15 minutes away from this location mind you) was told to expect my food to arrive in an hour to an hour and a half. 2 hours later I receive a phone call telling me it’ll be another 30 minutes. Food arrived, was cold, came with no napkins or utensils and everything was just plain poorly made. Wanted a quick bite but ended up waiting 2 1/2 hours for something digorno could do better… Terrible first impression of Ohio ?
