What User doesn't like about Monterrey Mexican:
I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The price of a pitcher of pina colada was high, but the drink had no alcohol in it. When I went to the bathroom, someone at my table took a glass from the pitcher and refused to give it back. The manager, who was wearing a blue shirt, was rude when I spoke to him about it. I would like to give this restaurant 5 stars, but the food quality has declined. However, the prices are still affordable and if you know what to order, you can still get a very satisfying meal.
I don't know why this restaurant only has 3 stars on here. The food is fantastic, and the service is exactly what I would expect from a restaurant that is always busy and packed.
We are regular customers of this restaurant and always enjoy the delicious food and excellent service. We visit frequently and have never experienced any issues or received subpar food.
