Great location, super close to Severance Hall, however it is inside a building past a food court and we didn't really see any indication as to it's exact location. We asked one of the college kids working as a valet, and he said he thought it was in the back of the building. It was. Food was good, but the humus and baba had cumin in it, which was overpowering. What User doesn't like about Michelson And Morley:
Convenient. Not much variety. Wait staff very slow. Yesterday took 30 minutes to place an order. Last two times when ordered, took 40 and 45 minutes to get two salads. One hour for lunch for not sufficient. Used to be much better. View all feedback.
15 hours ago NEW Let 's see...not really sure what happened, never experience something like this before. Made a reservation one month in advance for 1 hour and fifteen minutes prior to a 7PM performance. As soon as we were seated the waitress said if you want any food get your order in now ....ok sure, no problem. We ordered accordingly; never saw the waitress again, sat there with thumbs twirling for 40 minutes: no one checked our water, or bread, nothing; not even our salad or appetizer off the specials menu arrived. NOTHING. When we asked for our check to pay for I guess water, bread, and tax; that was even a problem; had to leave cash on the table, never received a check. The manager was rude when we brought it to her attention, no apology. Our entertainment for forty minutes other than sipping on water was seeing and hearing the table to the right of us return their salad which had the wrong protein, the table to the left of us return their risotto with shrimp because apparently it was inedible, and the table in front of us complain about their packaging for their leftovers. Seems this place is snobbery at its lowest, not even pleasant snobbery, but seriously rude and debasing snobbery. Thank you, truly for not serving us; it was our pleasure. Btw, it 's always awesome sitting through a 2.5 hour performance having not eaten anything. Jerks. For readers: there was literally a total of 20 people in the restaurant. Apparently for this place, that 's busy .

Our server was very attentive. The food quality left quite a bit to be desired. The fries that accompanied the fish tacos were cold and consisted of only small bits as if they were taken from the bottom of the basket. Our drinks (a Manhattan and a Cosmopolitan) were very good and nicely prepared but very, very tiny.
What a hidden gem this place is! The only place I’ll dine before Cleveland Orchestra concerts from now on. Great food, friendly servers and hosts, and phenomenally reasonable prices.
Obviously the insider pre-concert place to dine among the Cleveland Orchestra regulars! A great find. Open evenings only in concert nights at Severance. On campus in an easily recognizable low lying glass building (mostly a student union kind of space) in a very private restaurant area with one nice wall of glass windows.
