Mcdonald's - Cleveland

It was free fry Friday and I used use the system to order and had free rewards. The machine didn't give a recipe. I didn't get my free fries. I got my free cheese burger. The manger had no clue about free fry Friday wanted my recipe I couldn't give cause the machine didn't give me one nor the people behind me we all told her that we didn't get one. She told me I had to enter the code.. I did.. she kept repeating her self. Finally I told her to for get it.. then I ask her for her store number and she didn't know it.. I ask her if she was the manger she said yes. I did let her know that she needed to do a better job then she was doing..
