Mcdonald's - Cleveland

They know that these workers do as much as a factory worker or as we blue collar workers and they can not even make a meal right. I get sick and tired of these ignorant people who get these jobs and pure lazy. every time I roll this mcdonalds everyone is thrown off with a good time and the place smells like a depo. to make everything from the manager is useless

They forgot the patty on my nieces cheeseburger. Not cool

The food was good but some of the wait staff were just standing around talking instead of taking care of customers orders. I waited 10 minutes just to get a hot chocolate.

Everyone is always so rude. And every time I break down and go because I need a fast cheap meal I'm disappointed. First I always have to order my quarter pounder well done because it comes out pink it I don't. I once again ordered it well done today. Got home...bright pink all the way through. You only touch the hot stove so many times. I will not be back. And I suggest you drive to another location (if at all) if you want good service and want what you ordered. They always screw up something. They forget the sauce, etc. I cannot stress enough how rude the staff is. Not even a word spoken to me at either window. Wouldnt be surprised if they threw it through my window into my car. Rude rude rude

It's been awhile since I've been in a McDonald's but this 24hr location is my new favorite haunt. I usually don't eat fast food much anymore, however, having the convenience of being able to get affordable food quick, at all times of the day, and have it ordered via kiosk and brought to your table too, is just magic to me. I even dropped my coffee by accident and they replaced it for free at this location. My Mars is in Taurus (Astrology talk) so these sorts of small details regarding food are important to me.
