This place was an absolute wreck. The server at the counter was so rude. I have been going to this Mazzios since it was built and the staff and the cleanliness has never been as bad as it is now. Corporate really needs to do a surprise check on this restaurant. The server/waitress was hateful to my 77 year old uncle and talked back rudely when he asked about his pizza. Total lack of respect. They don’t seem to know how to make pizza, which is disappointing for a pizza joint. They messed up our last two orders. I understand that mistakes happen, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time. But after they messed up our second order, TWICE, with barely an “I’m sorry,” that was it. Food was okay. I got salad and wings. Had to ask for a fork and a container to put dressing in. Boneless wings was okay nothing special. Staff acted like I was bothering them to place my order. Would not recommend them.
