Was a frequent customer of Master Pizza and never really had a problem with their business or their pizzas. Personal... They have a lot of good toppings to choose and they are not like their competitors around them in this area that really did not do good shops or good pizzas out. I would recommend Master Pizza, because at that time I believe they are better than Marco's Pizza, Little Caesars or Pizza Hut. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Master Pizza:
ordered a Pepperoni Pizza 4-19-22 extra sauce on the pepper. Extra cheese. I don't understand the bitterness of the sauce. Tested like straight tomato paste. I wish there was a pizza place that has homemade pizza sauce. You seem to cut corners any chance. Authentic. Homemade sauce. Not bitter. Very disappointed... View all feedback.

Best gluten-free pizza by far Detroit style wow Thanks.
Huge disappointment as compared with other Master Pizza locations. Ordered well done pies twice, received rushed, mushy and doughy undercooked pizza both times. The most recent(and final) time I ordered from the Parma location, I ordered a thin crust well done, received a thick crust pile of mush. Couldn't even pick up slices to eat, had to use knife and fork. This shop also puts about 3 times the normal amount of cheese on their pies as compared with Strongsville location. The thick crust(which I didn't order) had a nearly inedible amount of cheese on it. Instant stomach ache for all who tried it. The employees at this shop are doing the owner a huge disservice wasting ingredients and rushing out pies. Time for the owner to retrain this location. Will not be ordering from the parma location again.
Moved to the area about a year ago. Got master pizza one day and thought wow, this is the best pizza ever! No need to go anywhere else! But downhill from there. Although tasty, my pizzas have never been good since. After multiple tries again, and numerous requests of making sure it's actually cooked, i still get cool soggy pizza. Why can't it even be cooked normally even when I request well done? When I get it delivered they say 45 minutes. Cool, no problem. I'll gladly wait. But then it shows up at my door in 18 minutes? How can it possibly be cooked thoroughly? The cheese isn't even fully melted. What's the rush? With so many pizza shops in the area, master pizza will be my last choice from now on. I'm done continuing to give them another try.
