Pretty good vibes. Was pretty much empty when we were there, though kinda slow. Food was expensive but pretty good. Overall a good experience, except for a few little things. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Margaritaville Cleveland:
The food was awful and way too expensive. We will never return. The spinach artichoke dip was a disaster, the salted fries were overcooked, and the chicken from the children's menu was the worst. We will definitely not be coming back. View all feedback.
Sadly, our visit on 3/6/22 will be our last. We have visited the Cleveland location a number of times over the last 4 years. Each visit was less than what we would expect. This last visit was very disappointing. The atmosphere was ordinary. If it weren’t for the decor, you wouldn’t know it was Margaritaville. The service was slow. The server didn’t seem to care that we didn’t receive our drinks until after our meals were served. I had to ask 3 times before we could get a glass of milk for our son. Topping it was not having any French Fries!! We’ve visited the original Margaritaville in Key West several times over the years. That being the the standard, the Cleveland location does not come close. Very little Jimmy Buffet music playing too.
Went for my friends birthday and I wish we would have looked at the reviews before going… we were so excited to go here expecting exceptional margaritas since it’s literally in the name of the restaurant. The drinks tasted like watered down sweetened water. Everything in the menu was close to $20 or well over $20 for small portions. Chicken tenders were nearly $24 which is ridiculous.. everything looked and tasted like they got it out of the freezer isle at the grocery store and deep fried it. Highly disappointed. Go to Applebees instead. The quality is below such.

Although it is a little pricey the food service and atmosphere are well worth it....I absolutely recommend the chicken egg rolls, the island rice, the chicken tenders, just about everything on the menu! I just had lunch with a friend who was a first time visitor and she absolutely loved everything......the waitress was a sweetheart; she was very nice and wasn't pushy or trying to rush us into anything.....plus each booth has its own TV for sports heads like me...I always enjoy myself every time I come here
We had to wait for 2 hours, but it was no problem as we enjoyed drinks from the bar. The food was a bit expensive for the portion size, but it was delicious. I ordered the garlic burger and my daughter had the chicken tenders, which were some of the best we've ever had. Although the food and service were excellent, I feel like I could find similar quality food for a lower price elsewhere. The chicken tenders were $17.50.
