Lago East Bank - Cleveland

I enjoyed a wonderful evening with delicious food, drinks, and exceptional service while admiring the beautiful scenery outside.

Situated beside a river, this restaurant charges $25.00-$50.00 for entrees that have been likened to hospital food. In order to prevent unsuspecting customers from having negative dining experiences, I believe that charging exorbitant prices should be considered a punishable offense.

The chicken was over boiled and the plate came out half-hot. Service/Atmosphere was good.

Dined before a concert and Amy Elizabeth Button made sure our girls night out started out right! Amazing cocktails, fabulous food and amazing service, we look forward to coming back soon.

The hotel we were staying at recommended this restaurant. We were happy to try it out but was not very impressed. Everything started out well until we had to ask for items several times and the response of “oh he was supposed to bring it out to you” grew repetitive and annoying. I felt very bad for our server. She seemed new, told us she had all tables on the outdoor patio and wasn’t getting any help at all. The prices changed because the bartender “ran out of the wine we ordered” and after waiting 40 minutes for our food that ended up coming to us cold, we were done with this place. No manager in sight and not worth waiting to speak with one. It was a beautiful night and the downtown area of Cleveland we were in has so many restaurants to choose from so we’ll be happy to try a different place when we return.
