great lakes is a first class facility. eating is decent and service was good! pretty good prices and a really great choice of food. we come here once or twice a year to eat and drink and the place is beautiful. plywood everywhere with an old school feeling and by rough the amazing beer selection! they have their favorite big seen selection on tap and they will see what fresh beer is all about. What User doesn't like about Great Lakes Brewing Company:
As airport food goes, Great Lakes is a good place to grab a meal before boarding. Service is a little slow, not enough employees is a common problem in the hospitality industry post-Covid but particularly prevalent at airport restaurants. Tables could be a little cleaner and menu options are somewhat limited due to the location. View all feedback.
Joshua waited on my table. He did a great job. The 2 handed burger was yummy, but a little messy to handle.
Had the mac n cheese and a couple of their house IPAs. Really good. The IPA is superb. My server Cynthia was just wonderful. Highly recommend when you are at CLE.
I wish folks would stop giving 4 and 5 star reviews just for companies performing their service or making their product. I was shocked to see the 4.5 start rating for this joint. They are competent at what they do and no more. Or food was competent, our server was just competent. The prices are a bit high but that's the airport for you. Nothing special here, especially for the Great Lakes branding.
THIS PLACE WAS 10/10! Our breakfast was stellar and our service was great! If you’re at the CLE airport, stop here for food, especially breakfast!
Huge fan of Great Lakes, and the airport version didn't disappoint. I don't often drink at airports, so when I was met with single digit beer prices, I was shocked. Service was quick, loaded tots were awesome (I would have been happy with these even not at an airport), and beer was delicious.
