What User likes about Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers:
Our experience was a happy and delicious one indeed! We dined in. Freddie's has the best Chilli dogs and frozen custard turtle sundaes ever! Staff was very helpful and happy at their jobs. There is plenty of seating so big groups would easily find enough places to sit. The only small change to make it better is we suggest the music genre be more along the 50's genre. Went here prior during lunchtime had a really nice experience food was good order was correct. I really enjoyed the Freddys Original Double Combo and the California Style Double Combo. Although the concrete was missing, the sundae and malt were delicious!

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The hot dogs had the wrong toppings, I didn't receive any sides, and the shake I ordered was more like a slushy custard. It was disgusting.

No one can ever get our orders right no matter how many times we go. We ordered two burgers, one with lettuce and one with pickles, ketchup and mustard. We got completely plain, overcooked burgers and over cooked buns (how does that even happen? Fries were almost cold and I ordered a whole bottle of fry sauce and didnt even get it. I wish this was a one off but it happens every single time we go. They need to completely retrain or hire a competent staff.
