Domino's Pizza - Cleveland

After waiting a few days, I decided to give them another chance and placed the same order again. This time, the woman who answered the phone was incredibly rude; it was difficult to get a word in without her interrupting me. She ended up charging me an extra $3, and when I asked why, she curtly replied that a three-topping pizza costs more. Despite my explanation that I wanted the same order as before, she wasn't happy and rushed to end the call. When the pizzas arrived, they were once again poorly made—this time, the tips were burned, and the insides were still doughy. I would advise anyone thinking about ordering from here to do so at their own risk.

I've always enjoyed Domino's white sauce pizza, but this is the second time I ordered it and the garlic butter didn't come with the original crust as it was supposed to. If you order, make sure to mention it and double-check before you leave, just in case. Other than that, the staff is nice and polite.

I experienced terrible service at this restaurant. They claimed to have canceled my order and stated that they called several times to inform me, but that never happened. The manager clearly lacks organization, as they are unable to handle delivery orders properly.

Pizza has improved so much since I gave it up 30 years ago when the pizza was evil. it is now one of my favorites. better sauce, better ingredients domino’s!

Horrible store waited an hour for cold food then was told they forgot my salad after the driver ensured he got his tip. The assistant manager decided to cancel the order instead of bringing the salad out after I called back at 730 and was upset that they had sent out other deliveries before sending him back with my salad. This was an order that was a partial credit from the last messed up order this is the last time I will ever order Dominos from this store your service and food is terrible!!!
