Denny's - Cleveland

The food was amazing, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was very inviting!

I want to give a huge shoutout to our waiter, Seth. From the moment we stepped inside, he was incredibly friendly and took care of us right away. I think he was managing about six other tables at the same time, yet he still found the time to greet new customers and check in with everyone. We were a group of five, but we all arrived at different times, and he ensured he took all of our drink orders as we settled in. We never had to wait more than two minutes for anything we needed. Seth was very attentive, had an excellent memory, and his enthusiasm really impressed me. He engaged in conversations with all his tables and found common topics to discuss. I've never encountered a waiter quite like him. He truly deserves recognition; it often felt like he was the only one working. We're from Wisconsin and dined in Ohio—thank you, Seth, for making it a wonderful experience!

I visited this Denny's on a whim three weeks ago in the evening, and I must say the manager was absolutely incredible. He had such a vibrant personality and made us feel very welcome. He really added to the fun of our experience—we even made a smiley face on our sunny side up eggs for a little extra fun. We had a fantastic time, and I highly recommend this place 100%.
