These people are very nice and how can you bash an ice cream store such a dairy Queen

Shameful…Dairy Queen is asking if you want to donate to Rainbow Babies And Children. The donations they are asking for is not affiliated with UH Rainbow Babies And Children. Why is this allowed? Am I the only one who cares enough to know what Rainbow affiliation they are seeking donations for?

The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful. I was unsure about what to choose since I needed a last-minute birthday cake for New Year's Eve. The staff went above and beyond to assist me. The place is clean, and I highly recommend this location. The cake turned out great!

I had just finished work and arrived at 9:59 PM, thinking I’d make it in time. The open sign was lit and all the lights, including the drive-thru, were on. After waiting about 20 seconds for someone to come over the loudspeaker, they suddenly turned off the lights. I went to the window, and the staff informed me they were closed. I pointed out that the open sign was still on and all the lights were still illuminating the exterior, but I was simply told, “We’re closed” and that the register was gone. So I decided to head to another ice cream shop instead. This was on Sunday, October 30, 2022.

The teenage staff were immature and giggling, and they told me they wouldn't make a milkshake without a request. I'm just going to the other place!
