Cook Out - Cleveland

Accidentally hit 3 stars earlier and didn't realize...but since I'm here ill add my review now...the Cleveland Cookout was open and running at full speed on a Saturday night around midnight...after being shot down with bad attitude from Krystals down the road with left and came here...didn't realize they were 24 hr...food was great and service was even better!

I like the fast service, cashier was nice and the food is good! Always complete! I finally tried their burgers and chicken quesadilla i love them both! Good food and service! Plus their shakes are great too!

So glad we found this place its worth everything you spend I loved the food its got such a unique taste and its just flat out delicious.

Visiting from out of town and should have heeded the poor reviews, in hindsight. The basic cheeseburger was quite lousy. Overcooked, cold and non-juicy….like a hockey puck basically. At least the bun was soft and fries were hot, otherwise only 1 star.

I’m not one to write a review which should say something. Stood at the walk up window for 45 minutes while the kid with the pony tail working 10-5-2022 at approx 11:30 talked to his friends and gave them free food. He also had a smart mouth and stated “ we will get your order…. Eventually.” The person who ordered ahead of me waited 20 minutes to receive their order due to pony tail boy sitting in the back doing nothing. Great overall experience, if he worked for my company he would have been fired yesterday.
