What Wilson Stracke doesn't like about Collision Bend Brewing Company:
Four of us attending an industry conference went for dinner. Every main course had a problem from very undercooked to generally low quality of food. Burgers almost raw and chicken way overcooked and dry, could not even cut with the knife. Side dishes low quality skip it all. Servers and hostess nice. If you go, just get a drink and eat elsewhere. We work with a bunch of different venues to host Secret Society Comedy's pop up shows, but we can't wait to come back to Collision Bend. Mike had the back room set up exactly how we needed it when we arrived, so it made setup super easy. The beers speak for themselves and the view is one of the best in town. Worth paying for parking to hang here for a meal and a beer or 5. View all feedback.
