City Cafe Diner - Cleveland

This situation holds people for 20-30 minutes at a time. Staff cannot solve customer problems and the manager on 12/26/2020 between 9:00-10:00 was rude and refused to solve a problem of missing foods during a delivery order. When she asked if the restaurant could make the food back, she said there was nothing they could do. It is not the customer problem if the restaurant and delivery service cannot coordinate and ensure that the customer receives his food. Terrible service and not the first time!!

Thanksgiving was challenging this year due to family illness. I made the decision to fulfill the Thanksgiving election that I spoke to Brenda at the City Cafe in Cleveland. She was friendly, attentive and understood the meaning of a meal for 10 on Thanksgiving Day. She took the time to repeat the order I called and made sure it was right. When I picked up the order, everything I had asked was an employee helped me carry my order into the car. My family enjoyed ham and delicious cakes. Thank you Brenda for helping to make our vacation much easier.

During the visit of the family in cleveland tn ran over this little gem. family is not vegan, but they are always looking for me, so I try to find places that can satisfy us all. this place has hit the mark. with several vegan options and the waitress we had was very knowledgeable, I had the combo fajitas , this included a veggie medley and 2 chopped veggie burger. fantastic. they also have many side vegan options as well as several vegetarian dishes, next time I will try the touching fry. if they are looking for vegan and vegetarian only this is not the place, but if they are looking for a great place to get good vegan and vegetarian options and, keep the friends happy that is a great place to go back.

Good food, good service and good prices. I had the garnel packing and the seafood soup. it was excellent. melissa was my server and was friendly and attentive. the fresh baked bread that they supplied with my suppe was fresh and delicious. give this place a try. they will not regret it.

What a surprise to find this place after a long day of travel and looking for something good to eat. the personal was friendly and attentive. the menu was incredibly extensive and the food was excellent and plentiful. they saw many slices of cake eaten and more taken home. too full for cake, but it must also be excellent. we will remember this stop in the way home.
