I'm done with this place 3 strikes I'm well tried to give them chances because I understand, but after 3x and they still mess!? No, thanks. close it down to rent new ppl train well and try them back and through them from hospitals and schools, this really must be repaired! View all feedback.
At checkout, she was mistakenly charged for the additional scoop of vegetables she didn't get, as well as for double chicken, which she hadn't ordered. When she tried to clarify the overcharge, the staff went back and forth with her, making the situation even more frustrating. I've never witnessed such poor service before, and I was just an observer. My friend left feeling upset about her experience. I know for certain that I will never spend my money at this location again. Out of all the Chipotle restaurants I've visited, this one is by far the worst.
This location is not good. I placed an online order for one burrito for pickup, expecting it to be ready at 8:50 PM, but it wasn't ready until 9:10 PM. During my wait, more than a dozen people walked in, waited in line, ordered, paid, and left—a whole lot faster than I did. What's the point of placing an order in advance if it takes more than double the time (after it was supposed to be ready) compared to just walking in and ordering?
I visited Chipotle to pick up a Grubhub order, and as directed by the pickup sign, I approached the cashier to request my order. The cashier was a young African American woman who smiled and briefly stepped aside to check for the order, but then she didn't say anything. I noticed another Caucasian woman who was also waiting for her online order, and after nearly ten minutes had passed without any assistance, we were both still empty-handed. Eventually, another employee from the line came over, retrieved the orders, and handed them to us, explaining that they had been sitting there the entire time. I asked the first cashier why she hadn’t helped us, as it seemed misleading. She looked me in the eye and replied that it wasn’t her job and told me not to ask her for help again. Wow!
Terrible customer service. They almost always overcharge for too small portions. Today they arbitrarily said there was a 20 minute wait, and when I tried to ask why, the people working just ignored me. This place only does business because it is walkable. They won’t even let you use their bathroom after you buy a meal. It’s definitely the worst chipotle I have ever been to.
Expect them to have improper shares or to screw up their online order. that is consistent. this is the most unreliable chipotle I've ever experienced. not worth money, please go somewhere else. have given this young a chance over and over again and they simply do not share the same passions as the company.
