The customer service at this restaurant was terrible due to the employees being playful and the drive-thru cashier on 4/29/22 was extremely rude. It was very disrespectful that she touched my cup and dumped its contents. The staff working on the front line were also unprofessional. The manager was rude when addressing my concerns and kicked out my belongings. View all feedback.
Highly upset came into the chicken salad chick for the first time and the cashier racial profiled me and followed me around. I placed my order and proceeded to get a drink and the cashier said you can pay for that as I turned around she came and splayed my drink out my hand I will never come back

There may be a bit of a wait, but it's definitely worth it. The food is delicious and the soups are incredible!
