I'm grading on a curve because a lot of the restaurants in this particular area are staffed by aggressively unhelpful employees, or in fact they lock their doors to everyone and foist people into never-ending drive-through queues. This BK may have been slooooow, but at least the employees were friendly if understaffed (only 2 doing the actual work, including just 1 making all the food), they didn't seem offended that... What Verona Conn doesn't like about Burger King:
This is the 1 on 84th and Euclid..the sandwich was cold but I over heard the manager explained it to someone else, that it was from the lettuce tomatoes etc.Food: 3/5 View all feedback.
Came on Sunday at 7 o'clock in the morning. woudnt takes command at the drive thru. I drove to the window and so the window would not open to speak. another car was behind me. since I saw the people in there. I went back the drive and the same. no service. we have been together
I grade on a curve, because many of the restaurants in this special area are not staffed by aggressiv, or in that did they lock their doors to any and foist people in never-ending drive-through queues. this bk may have been sloouow, but at least the employees were friendly when substaffed (only 2 do the actual work, including only 1 make all food,) they did not seem insulted that customers actually showed to order dinge, and eating that they have provided was actually good.
I guess the previous review has gone in the same night. I stayed in holiday inn over the street and only went to find the lobby doors around 19:30 clock. must have been understaffed. I went in the previous night and some of the workers were outside smoking a joint (can smell it) and scattered back into how I approached. the cash register was a nice young lady and eating was good and fresh. workers on the back played a game on their phones and sweated a storm. my review reflects my experience in both nights.
This is my way to bk, as the service is friendly and fast. but not tonight. when I first moved up, there was only one car in the line, and this car had to wait about 7 minutes to take their order in the drive thru. Luckily, I had to wait only 4 minutes to pick up my order. Please note that bk was not busy and there were only the 2 cars. when my order was taken, I informed the casser that I had a voucher, and the order was taken half and rushed. I went to the window to pay, and the car that was in front of me was initially waiting and had to wait for about another 8 minutes. I finally get into the window, and I notice that the problem. the bank. the cashier makes everything else than what she hired. I envy them on the customer side of the counter, instead of auto the drive thru. my order sat on the counter, and she went right past, and she went to the other side of the counter. another employee went by to see what the stop was and that's when the cash came back to take care of the drive-thru customers. my waiting period was about 22 minutes. that is not acceptable because bk was not busy and was not understated. it was all a result of the cash. I was sure to ask for my reception, as my intention was to report to the cassian whose name is patteciona. my order nr. 63 and the transaction on the bk 1173. it is my hope that patteciona will be properly trained or returned as this was absolutely my worst experience at this place. it is characterized by the fact that I visited this place very often and the management for professionalism and courtesy of the staff constantly praise, but not this time.
I would normally grade them higher as this is one of 2 BKs that I actually go to. But this visit was frustrating. First the BK app didn't let me complete my order (first time using the app), I got out of the car and went to to l the door to ask for help. It was around 8:30 and the dining room was already closed. The gentleman who came out to help might've been the shift supervisor and he couldn't understand why the app wouldn't work as they were continuing to get door dash orders. So I went through the drive thru, gave them my orders, got to the window and the girl was very polite. I asked them to make sure my orders were right cuz I didn't live that close to the restaurant. Got home and ate enough I was missing a French fries, an original chicken sandwich with tomatoes and bacon added and one of the burgers was missing the special sauce that was supposed to be in it. Oh yeah, the weather was not pleasant.
