Burger King - Cleveland

I had a quick visit to the restaurant, and I was impressed. The place was tidy, and the staff were extremely friendly.

On another visit, I found that the frozen Coke didn’t quite taste like Coke. They offered us a replacement with a different flavor, no questions asked. It’s Burger King, after all – nothing upscale, just classic choices. You can’t go wrong with a Whopper, fries or onion rings, and your favorite soda; it’s sure to make you happy. For me, the key factor in places like this is the service, and it seems this location is managed well. Things may not always be perfect, but when an issue arises, they make a genuine effort to resolve it promptly.

While waiting, I noticed two people coming out, which puzzled me, so I walked in and asked if I could enter. The place was spotless, and the staff on duty were incredibly friendly, which made my day even better. After getting my coffee, I found some shade to relax and recharge. And I must say, the coffee was fantastic—SUPER AWESOME, in fact! It truly enhanced my bike adventure. I will definitely make it a point to stop by again the next time I bike along the Ohio & Erie Canal at the Steelyard. Thank you for such a lovely experience!

The manager lady was the single most polite and sweetest fast food manager I have ever came across. And the staff just looked so put together. Not sure what it all was but that's the best B. K. I have ever been too. Definitely going back to this one

Burger King is always one of my favorite fast food restaurants. I love their burgers, original chicken sandwich and their fries. This location had a great meal deal for 2 people. You get two King burgers which are doubles and good size. Or you can get the original chicken sandwich or mix match the two. They also came with 2 orders of fries and 2 fountain drink's. This is very convenient if you're working in downtown Cleveland bc it's only a couple minutes from the basketball arena and the baseball field
