great. they were out of the poke shell and were offered to compose the huh to my cesar salat. our server was so friendly and gave great service. drinks were tasty and strong. sat on Tuesday, so I'm sure it's not to be compared with the weekend. Hellooo!! I went to this rooftop while visiting cleveland. The rooftoo is nice. Well designed. Music a bit loud. Great views.They do not serve anything hot. Dont even try to have a coffee or a hot tea. You will be sent elsewhere to have a hot drink. So I had only a margarita. Done. Always a great time here! Great view of downtown, beautiful seating, etc. I forgot to shoot more photos so they don't do justice.
Agree with other reviews. they see that they profile young men. went to show the venue for our adult children and 1 partner. said no flip-flop policy as all 3 youngs on designer brand sandal. during the day. we'll never protect again.

The evening manager on October 2, 2021 was very rude. Her name was Kelly flowers. They booked the wrong time and accused us of being late when and actuality that is not true. We had the email as proof. If anyone is thinking about booking an event there… Do not do it.
If I could give zero stars I would. The saving grace for us the night of Oct. 2nd was our sweet waitress Katie-Ann. I made a reservation over the phone from 6-10 with a Jared Whitley. He sent me a bottle and platter menu and I preordered bottles and platters on the 17th of September. When we arrived on the 2nd I was told that my reservation was from 5-7 and that they could no longer honor it because they weren't sure we coming. The night manager then really acts like there was nothing she could do for my party of TEN. She basically said we were out of luck. I asked her to find out if Jared was here. She walked away and I called the liaison for assistance because the night manager was rude and very dismissive. The liaison apologized for the miscommunication and said that they would honor my 6-10 reservation, they were going to start accommodating us. It begins to rain, so we let our waitress know and she said she would see what accommodations could be made for us indoors. Kelly Flowers the night manager then comes out to our assigned section and precedes to say that because we made the reservation so late (Sept. 11) that they could not make accommodations. It was unacceptable. At this point we had spent well over a thousand dollars her attitude was coming off again dismissive and disrespectful. I told her she needed to get her manager. Someone else came up and said that unfortunately that they didn't have the space and that we could stand up front and once tables became available we could push them together. His hands were tied, he apologized for her behavior and let us know that we did not have to interact with her anymore. Unfortunately we all have decided that as lovely as the view was we will not patronize Metropolitan at 9 nor any of its establishments. It was utterly unacceptable.
