I don't typically eat at Arby's, and I'm not sure why that is. However, the people who did eat there seemed to be very happy with their meals. The staff member at the window was a nice young lady with a good sense of humor. The milkshakes were particularly enjoyable. View all feedback.

Today, I visited the Mayfield Heights location around 7pm and found the drive-thru line to be very long. However, the two men working inside efficiently moved the line along and the young man at the window was friendly and positive. My order was correct and the food was fresh. Overall, this was the best service I've received in a long time.
I had lunch today at this restaurant and it was a pleasure to be back inside. I believe their food is better than most other places. I tried the turkey Reuben sandwich and I doubt you can find it at any other chain fast food restaurant. The bread was fresh, and there was plenty of turkey and sauerkraut. I don't know if it's their hiring or training process, but everyone there, from the manager to the young kitchen helper who held the door for me, was always friendly and genuinely interested when I asked about my meal.
Same was just good. I'll just remember next time to get the horses off. Then I'll be great but it was good. I didn't get sick and I didn't throw up. So it's obviously a 10 out of 10.
The fish sticks are the best I've ever eaten. Real fish not anything like the munched fish you get in the supermarket kind. Ya'll gotta try them.
