Fun coffee joint. Lots of space. Staff was helpful and super quick. Coffee tastes delicious and they had a wide rotating menus. Since this coffee shop it pretty transited it would be nice to see more standing table tops and a better access to the entrance/exit. Kinda difficult getting in/out when there is a line. What aenikirk doesn't like about 27 Club Coffee:
We recently visited this restaurant for breakfast, and while they had a variety of choices available, it seemed like they may have overlooked our order as our smoothie was starting to melt and the cinnamon rolls were slightly overcooked. Despite this, they offered many other options on the menu, so I would consider returning to try something different. View all feedback.
This is a popular place with a unique aesthetic. there are a few vegan options on the menu and they are clearly marked so that always is beautiful. there were also two specials (nachos) offered and both were vegan as well as the desserts in the small fridge through the cash register. I wanted to order a smoothie, but they were all out. we tried to cumulate all day, avocado toast and vegan flatbread pizza. the best part was the pizza and it was not so great and definitiw overpriced. it was a bit difficult to talk to the person sitting next to me because the music was so loud. none of the waiters had something to distinguish that they worked there, so it was a bit confusing because I wasn't sure who worked there and who didn't. Finally, the cinnamons we received were extremely crude, which was disappointed, but they offered us a refund when they were brought to their attention. I will probably not come back, it was not as pleasant as it could have been.
We ate the flatbread pizza and the beer-battered waffles with fruit. Delicious. The flatbread crust was puffy, flavorful, with crispy outside. The banana cream drizzle on the waffle was flavorful without being overly sweet; the waffle itself was crispy. Service was excellent and efficient; staff responded promptly to miscellaneous requests with patience and kindness. In August 2021, facemask compliance was zero: none of the observed staff wore facemasks; same for customers despite a packed waiting and more people indoors waiting for their orders. Plan on spending time in line for morning visits, especially on the weekend. We were in line 15 minutes and probably waited another 15 minutes for food. Not bad on a weekend. On-the-street parking was all taken by the time we left.
The venue is very cute inside, all pink black. It’s a chill spot to come in for brunch. The cinnamon rolls were AMAZING and I had a pink iced oat milk latte to go with it. I didn’t order any other items but as I saw other foods go by everything looked really good.
I don't really know anything about Machine Gun Kelly but I'd read about his coffee shop and figured it was worth a stop. Nate and I got a drink and enjoyed the sunshine out on the front porch area. The decor and vibe is pink punk, with cute seating and fun photo ops. We didn't eat any food but the menu is large with breakfast dishes, salads and wraps, stone oven pizza, and more. Lots of vegetarian options as well as vegan and gluten free items are available.Since it was game day, they had a special Dawg Pound latte which of course I had to get. It was very chocolatey and sweet, but I really enjoyed it as a treat. The barista who took our order was super friendly and bonus, they ask your name to call out when your order is ready (vs. just yelling the name of the drink aka my biggest coffeeshop pet peeve). Glad we checked this place out!
