We stayed 2 nights at this hotel. We had dinner, poor quality and salty food. Rooms: 2 Service: 2 Location: 5
I absolutely recommend this hotel! I stayed in this facility in July not for my choice but to accompany the athletes of an important gymnastics team. arrogant and rude owner since the first day. In the presence of 8-year-old girls, she screamed on various occasions and with absolute non-curacy. I've turned to myself several times with education to the owner underlining that they are minor and that he should have referred to me, being responsible, for any problem but the prepotence prevailed. Poor breakfast and dishes/posed not always cleaned, added to daily discussions with the staff for the impossibility for girls to arrange the Nutella in the dish and then spread it in the brioches or its biscuits, not yet understanding the reason. Poor menu with only one choice and little availability in changing it despite the many requests. Waiters who invited the Athletes to consume little food underlining both the possible waste and the high cost of the ingredients. It would have been enough to make these Athletes an unforgettable positive holiday.
