Grand Hotel - Feedback

What User likes about Grand Hotel:
Warm welcome from the barman who had lived only about 150 miles of us in the UK! We had lunch , which was delicious and booked to stay overnight with my cousin and his wife. Our rooms were clean, adequate but a little tired. Our bathroom door did not shut at all, but Hey Ho! We ate in the hotel/pub for dinner and were amazed by the Chinese meal we received. We ordered our meals and sat down. Every time we asked where our meals were, they kept saying 10 minutes. We waited 1 hour and 20 minutes before asking for our money back. They discovered that they had already taken care of the meals for the guests who were still sitting. We would not return to this restaurant. View all feedback.
