La morue est délicieuse et la viande à l'épée est un bon concept. C'est bon mais gros bémol : on sert chaque morceau de viande les uns après les autres et entre chaque viande il y a un temps d'attente trop long qui nuit au plaisir.L'omelette norvégienne aurait pu être faite maison et bien non car j'ai vu le cuisinier allait chercher la part dans une salle au fond du restaurant. A place not to miss in Clermont-Ferrand if you like well and a lot to eat. The boss is very kind. The accompaniment was very good. Served meats were large (6 different meats cooked at the brooch).
