The place is welcoming and staff is very professional. It was a pleasure to enjoy this terraced coffee with this little winter sun. We will return for our next Clermontese getaway to try other products (those with blueberry:

The frame is nice but the round tables are quite small and the expresso at 2.45€ is really expensive, even for starbuck.
Love the location and customer service. Especially Nathan the barista, he's always very welcoming!
It cannot be denied that the location is extremely well chosen. Correct service, an error regarding the order but it can happen. Starbucks relatively large but it is very hot inside yet we cannot say that we are in a heatwave. Note, only one toilet (which is also for PMR) for the entire café is excessive, no changing table inside. Your layout therefore needs to be reviewed in this area.
