I ate the best maki in my whole life, sa... read more Unbelievable Japanese restaurant. The room is small and the waitress is not very kind, but the food is incredibly good. I ate the best maki in my whole life, sashimis to damn and a delicious miso soup! It's all good, from the front salad to the soy sauce (salée, so real soy sauce... nothing is to throw. The chef/patron is very authentic and has a veritable know-how, the dishes are prepared for order, so don't expect to eat at the same time if you come to several, but the wait is very much worth it! I didn't have time to take pictures so much I spent a good time, but I'd fix it next time, because the food is as well presented as it is good. Remember to book the takoyaki in advance (they are worth the detour and are not everywhere!
