I go back home all the time in New Jersey, but our visit to The Clermont Florida was a very good experience. We started with appetizers of Stuff Mushrooms and Calamari, which were excellent and were immediately brought out. Then I got the Stuffed Flounder, which was also excellent. What User doesn't like about Red Lobster:
We ordered crab legs from this place to go to my son's birthday two weeks ago, and received only 4-5 crab legs in each of our three meals. $36? We called several times and promised a refund, but it didn't happen. The manager, Michael, should call us back and not. Extremely disappointed and frustrated after what should be a celebrity meal. I placed a take out order of fish and chips today. Usually the fish is excellent, however today I received a small piece of over cooked fish and a handful of fries. I am extremely disappointed.
My server, Reshma, was fantastic! She was very kind and provided excellent service. I will definitely be requesting her as our server again!
Very poor service 30ish minutes for refill didn't get tarter sauce at the beginning of the meal forgot the clam chowder didn't have crabalfrado was a very bad choice for our Christmas dinner yet nothing was ever done at the time yet we still gave her a 20percent tip
The atmosphere is great and neat. Our sever Reshma was amazing and kind, the food was good and the overall service was done exceptional well.
