What Kay Kings doesn't like about Panda Express:
The manager was at the line. She was not friendly or courteous. She addressed the staff in a very rude way in my opinion. At the Panda Express at lady lake they put the 3 entree for u in a small container. At this locations they just slapped everything in the same container which was a horrible way to serve. I only went there for a To go order but for sure will not go back. View all feedback.
Great portion size and the taste is good my go too place. When l don't have an hour to burn waiting at a traditional take out.
The food is very expensive and small in quantity, thank

This is about the 4th or 5th time I’ve ordered delivery and I think about one time they got the entire order correct. This time I ordered a bigger plate, which comes with 3 entrees and I only got two, and barely one of those so I think added more of the other entree to cover it up. On top of that they gave me the wrong appetizer I ordered. I also didn’t receive any of the sauces, utensils, OR napkins that I requested and it all says it on the receipt when I got the delivery so they’re just not paying attention. The time I ordered before, I ordered a premium entree was didn’t even get that entree. They gave me orange chicken instead… so not only did I pay more for an entree I didn’t get, the other plates I ordered on top of mine for my friends were also incorrect. Each time I’ve called at least three times , never got an answer back. I tried the corporate number and it doesn’t even ring. And it wasn’t like I could even go to the restaurant to explain the mistakes that were made because I was at work or leaving to go to work. Even if I could I read reviews saying that the managers REFUSED to give refunds. And there’s no such thing as not being able ti give refunds. I’ve worked in the food and beverage industry for 7-8 years now and not once was a time when I was never able to give a refund if an issue occurred. This is by far the worst management and employed Panda Express I have ever been to.I’ve also noticed a lot of stores (not sure if it’s just in my area or not) hire children. And whenever I see a child open the drive through window taking my payment I always have to take a deep breath because I know something in my order is going to be missing and I’m usually right. If you don’t wanna work, then don’t have a job. Not all jobs pay what we like but that doesn’t mean slacking on customer service and not completing customer orders is acceptable.Worst part is I won’t ever get a refund for the food I couldn’t enjoy, and that not just me saying these words.
