This is one of my favorite fast foods. The Burrito bowl was phenomenal of the jasmine rice with lime calantro is simply amazing. Service was fast, what should be hot and cold, cold. Touchless payment options, well drinks or a cold beer are all options. My only drawback is the Lo action is hard to find, but worth the trip. View all feedback.
What Johnny Collier doesn't like about Chipotle Mexican Grill:
The staff at the restaurant was friendly, but the entire space was dirty. There was no effort made to clean up, even in the back. This made me lose my appetite. Although my family and I are usually big fans of eating at Chipotle, we will not be dining at this location again. View all feedback.
Chipotle has very limited vegetarian and vegan options. taco bell has more than her, but I've never seen that on happy cow. chipotle should not be. this is a particularly slow chipotle anyway with a regular line, but eating is quite similar to the rest of them; moderate. the chipotle tabasco sauce makes eating tolerable. updated from previous review to 2017-07-31
Seriously the best customer service of all time. edwin the manager was so great when I called because we used the app several times to order that we had problems. I would not normally make a phone call about something so trivial, but the amount of time that this has happened recently frustrated me enough to make them only aware. edwin was very understanding and went beyond and beyond to make it right! there are several places in our opposite and therefore our clermont will always be our top choice. I never leave reviews for chains, but big screams for edwin to be so awesome.
The older Spanish lady you have on the staff is amazing, serious, she is incredible. perfect portioning and fast service from it. I'll hunt you. I finally have what I expect from chipotle not to ruin it for me! seth and ryan are also super brilliant. would not go first if it was not for them!
Going to the store at 7:00. It seems that this store favors online order counters via the in person service counter. It does not take 4 people to take care of obline orders. A person standing behind them does nothing if there is a line full of people. The priorities must be set to the customer who waits 45 minutes for food there and turns out to be almost everything. The Prep Line Shpuld is fully in stock when you know its.gonna dinner Rush. the cashier should not have to break away to help. The lazy should work and take care of the line. Very at the level of the service
Before the restaurant opened, I witnessed a staff member smoking in their uniform with an apron casually slung over their shoulder. Despite the doors being open and six employees working in the kitchen, the manager still shouted from behind that they were closed for the next 30 minutes. There were even two employees in the back. It seemed like online orders were given priority over the customers who were physically present, which was frustrating.
