Food was ok service was awful, place was not busy, waitress was nice however she never came to check on us after bringing the food. We started with a appetizers sampler and told her we would order some burgers after that if the appetizers weren't enough food. She never checked on us, we finished eating, were out of drinks and we never got to order our burgers. View all feedback.
We ordered two 10 piece wings, mozzarella sticks and potato wedges through Uber eats. The delivery went as expected but the quality of the wings was bad enough that we had to throw them away. The Parmesan garlic was in no way “mild” it was spicy and the lemon pepper was so salty it wasn’t even palatable. Weve ordered the same flavors before without an issue…this specific order was the problem. We spent $40 for food we had to throw away. Worst part of it is we talked to the manager on duty (Sam) we ordered from (store on 2465 S Highway 27, Florida) and she was dismissive. Said the sauces have always been the same and had no intent to actually listen. She was defensive and just talked over me. I’ve been eating BWW for 20 years and never thrown it away because of the flavor…and never felt the need to complain.I tried to review quality through Uber eats and they told me to contact the store, called the store and got attitude, went on BWW website and was told to contact Uber eats. Waste of time and money.
We waited over 15 minutes for someone to come to the front and finally greet us and take us to a table. The place was not busy at all. Numerous people walked by us and never said a word to us. The waitress was rude and didn't check on us or refill our drinks. The food was ok. We won't be back. Service was terrible.
So this buffalos had me annoyed when me and my family came in around 10:30 pm to get food after a long day on the road, we waited to be seated no one comes to the front for about 10 minutes when they see us waiting. We finally get someone to come to us and she ask us how many? We say 6 and then she said okay I’ll be right back, 10 minutes later after she talked to a whole group of employees, she come back and says okay follow me, she sat us and we see a whole bunch of employees on the clock joking around on their phones. Buffalos don’t care about their customers. It wasn’t even busy and it took about almost 30 minutes for the food to come out. Fries were cold we had to ask to keep getting refills.
There was another guest who was dissing the USA the bald headed bar back didn’t kick him out unitil after other paying Americans I won’t be coming back to this location and I will be in contact with
Was there for a doordash pick up waited 20 min to find out they did not have the order and ould not pick up the food I loss my money with tips bc of this location
