Arby's - Clermont

Very nice clean place..very good food... but it was very limited amount of product on a large sandwich the Prime Rib Sandwich...we ordered two and the Gyro Special...big prime. Medium Prime and medium Gyro ..all was very delicious and freshly prepared.. Customer service was not very attentive to the 4 employees... but was respectful.

I was not happy with the food quality today. My husband and I went through the drive thru to our our food. As I went to hand my husband one of the sliders he ordered I noticed a hair on the slider. Since we had already left I tried calling, 6 different times, to resolve this issue with no response to the phone calls. I feel I have no choice but to address my issue here. Unfortunately it was wasted time and money stopping there today because we are unable to eat the food we ordered.

Great fish sandwiches and more. At this place and out of many fast food place that I go. There was an excellent Covid-19 cleaning of the place for the dine in and carry-out, window service gloves and mask for the personnel inside. Unlike many other places they had a dedicated Arby's employee cleaning the tables all the time and contact places. Very friendly staff. Great job.

I want to give a shout out to Tiffany who was super kind and made my husbands Father Day absolutely wonderful!!!! I love when people go above and beyond to make others feel good. I think that kind of service should be in every single industry today. She was also quick and made sure he was taken care of very efficiently. She had her heart in the service. You could tell she really cares about the way people feel and this just made us want to pay her kindness forward. Thank you so much for everything today. You need to give her raise. She is an asset to your company.

Went thru drive thru. Fast and friendly service. Prices comparable to other fast food restaurants in the area. Order was correct. Condiments and napkins were in the bag. Pecan chicken sandwich not so good. Definitely not worth the $5.49. Bread was hard and not enough chicken. Overall a dry, hard, boring sandwich.
