What User doesn't like about Palmetto's Smokehouse and Oyster Bar:
I wouldn’t recommend coming here. We watched multiple tables leave and we should’ve done the same. The only reason I got my drink was because I asked three waiters including the manager. Also, I had to wait an hour just to receive my appetizer. They lost our meals and they came out lukewarm at best. The staff was unprofessional and didn’t have proper uniform. Went there for my daughters birthday. By choice sat at the bar instead of the table we reserved. Food was outstanding. Brisket, haystack with Fritos. My husband has celiac so gluten free worked for this family. Bartender was delightful and personable. Great experience View all feedback.
