We arrived at 1:00 a.m. on a Saturday and there were few cartridges. We were warmly welcomed and immediately sitting as expected. Our server was very common when checking for us, even if other customers arrive. The salad bar was great. The food was fresh and looked very appetizing. The entries had arrived slowly, making a 4 reviews instead of a 5 star. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Ruby Tuesday:
Salad bar had some greens that where spoiled and it did not have everything that other Ruby Tuesdays have. The waitress was very good always making sure we had what we needed. Overall it was fine and I would go back there in the future. View all feedback.
First time eating here. Keisha was an amazing server and super nice. Orders came out quickly and accurately. Drinks never got to the point of needing a refill. 10/10 will return. My fiance even liked the server and she hates people
This Ruby Tuesday's location is a hot mess. Last Sunday we went there for lunch. The service was terrible. The server was new and recently started working without a trainer. She was pleasant and was trying her best but clearly still needed more training or assistance. Our issue with the service was the kitchen. It took forever for our food to come out. But we didn't wait anywhere near as long as the two tables that we were sitting next to who were seated way before we even came into the restaurant. We were almost done eating by the time their food started staggering out of the kitchen. The manager didn't seem to care. So being a glutton for punishment we decided to go today Sunday 9/1. They seated us at the bar in the smallest table they had. We usually don't like sitting at the bar since the bartender makes the drinks for the whole restaurant and then has to find time to serve tables. The server Cory was pleasant and was doing his best to take care of the tables he had and the drink orders. We ordered the new honey crisp chicken sandwich. A fried chicken sandwich with onion rings, bacon, cheddar, and a creamy honey mustard. When our food came out, it looked nothing like the photo on the menu. The chicken breast was almost black from being over fried. There was no onion rings or honey mustard on it, and the cheese and bacon were cold. There was also hardly any fries. We asked the server to get the manager. She came out from the kitchen and we explained to her about our bad experience from last Sunday and about how gross the food in front of us was. She proceeded to tell us they ran out of onion rings and doesn't know why they threw crispy onion crumbs on the sandwich. Her solution was to bring us a side of honey mustard to cover our burnt chicken sandwich. We decided to get up and walk out. It was a total disgrace. We will not be returning to this location ever again and probably not to any Ruby Tuesday anytime soon.
Large salad bar selection. Added grilled shrimp that was cooked for perfection. Broccoli and cheese soup was delicious, and so was the hamburger. The waiter was very accommodating. The timing of food was good at point and temperature. Portions were generous.
It's Ruby Tuesday's, the food has always been great.
I was a little skeptic of trying here due to the reviews but I gave it a shot. It was slow about 3:15 p.m. I got seated very fastly my waiter was friendly I ordered the tater tot appetizer which was a little expensive for the little bit of cheese sauce and toppings put on it but they were good I also ordered the fajitas I saw on TV along with the salad bar. The salad bar was stocked and had plenty of items. My fajita plate was very cute it was like a kids meal plate. I also had a strawberry mango tea after finishing some of my meal something made me sick I think it might have been the tea it was really sweet but I will give this place another shot and without a tea. So if it makes me sick again will know it's the food
