I've been working on my master for the past year and without this Panera bread, I don't know how to do my work! I enjoy the quiet atmosphere, the staff always ask if I need something, and the aroma is so amazing....yuuumm! I can say that the management staff really makes a lot of effort to ensure that the store is running well, staff is knowledgeable, and that they offer high-quality meals! This Panera Bread makes an amazing job and I applaud her management! I visit at least once a week and would highly recommend making others this a frequent stop!

I... read more This is absolutely the worst Panera I've ever been to. Every time we visit, they're out of something. On several occasions, they've run out of mac and cheese. I once tried to use the drive-thru, but was told it was closed, so I had to go inside. There wasn't a single person at the front when I arrived, and I had to rely on the kiosk, which kept indicating that they were out of items and couldn't process my order. I ended up leaving and going to Chick-fil-A instead. For a place that specializes in salads, ordering should not be this difficult. I hadn't been back in a long time, but today I wanted an Apple Fuji Chicken Salad, only to find out they were out of chicken. The Panera in Clemmons is the worst. If you're in the mood for Panera, I recommend going to the one on Hanes Mall Blvd; they are always well stocked and fully staffed.

We ended up leaving and goi... read more I made a special trip to this newer location for a healthy lunch, but unfortunately, every sandwich I chose was missing ingredients. We ended up leaving and going to the Mexican restaurant next door. The service was disappointing as well; they got our food orders wrong and were inconsistent overall. It was difficult to even find someone at the cash register.

You no lo... read more Dirty with trash everywhere and food quality has gone downhill. I ordered a salad and they subbed it with some other dressing without letting me know. You no longer talk to an actual person to order or pickup your order and you clean your own table, yetthey ask you to tip the team. Will not be going back. I?ve always liked Panera bread a lot but it?s not worth it anymore.
