Absolutely terrible. Forgot to give me an item. Forgot a topping on a sandwich. The best part is the photo attached; it?s supposed to be a grilled cheese.
Dirty with trash everywhere and food quality has gone downhill. I ordered a salad and they subbed it with some other dressing without letting me know. You no longer talk to an actual person to order or pickup your order and you clean your own table, yetthey ask you to tip the team. Will not be going back. I?ve always liked Panera bread a lot but it?s not worth it anymore.
Overpriced mediocre food. Check your order before leaving. On my last order, they gave me the wrong soup. On other sandwich orders, barely any tuna or meat on the bread. Other times, they forget items. When it's done right, the food is good. Exceptfor the new chicken sandwiches, ugh. But you can get the same quality or better with more meat for less money at Subway orJersey Mike's. The bakery items are good though. I only order because I had a gift card. If you're insistent upon going toPanera, I'd suggest one of the other locations in Winston Salem.
When I walked in a little after 6pm, there was no one at the registers and no baked goods in the display. I ordered my food on the kiosk and picked up at the counter a few minutes later. They forgot my brownie, so I had to return to get it. My panini wasa bit soggy, but tasted pretty good. The soup was pretty awful and the baguette texture was too hard and chewy. The browniewas good. I understand being understaffed and having supply chain issues, but it was probably my worst visit to a Panera todate.
