The food qual... read more This restaurant is by far the worst dining experience I've ever had. The doors were already locked before 9 PM. The drive-thru service was a joke. The food quality was terrible, and the staff was rude; they also got my order wrong. I had to ask multiple times where my drinks and straws were. While waiting, I could hear the staff arguing loudly. Based on my experience, I would rate this as the worst restaurant in Winston-Salem. I couldn’t eat my food because it was poorly prepared and ultimately had to throw it away. The only redeeming factor was the iced tea, which was good. I definitely do not recommend this place or its staff. I would give it a -5 star rating.

She went for a chicken meal that included coleslaw and a biscuit, while I opted for the spicy chicken sandwich with fries. Everything tasted fantastic! I also appreciated the friendly service at the counter and how clean the restaurant was. Thank you!

Due to them being busy and Short staff she had everything else under control and that was awesome. My bdeven got out of the car in the drive thru like a pshyscho to knock on the window because he forgot to tell her extra crispy???????????. But she was very nice about it and apologized for our wait. Great job lady ????????????????????????????

Also, the Mountain Dew Sweet Lightning, which you can only get at KFC, is definitely worth trying in a large cup!

Went back again and they have no drinks except root beer and water. And the mash potatoes had some dried up stuff on the side The chicken wasrubbery. But the Honey BBQ sauce is amazing I love it. KFC is too expensive to be serving food like this.
