Dunkin' Donuts - Clemmons

Wish I could say this was the first time, but order was not correct. Our fault for trusting again. Bacon, egg and cheese bagel ordered and received. Plain bagel. Completely plain bagel. Tried to call the number on the receipt and no one answers and there's no voicemail setup.

I like coming to this dunkin donuts the young lady I interacted with Brooke was knowledgeable of her products had a great big smile was polite and attentive while she corrected the order.

If i could have put no stars i would, i went in for an online order, and i went to the drive through to pick it up, because it was raining and i had injured my foot. All for them to tell me i HAD to come in, so i did. As i am walking out, a woman worker at the time came out and said did you have a problem? And completely disrespected me, calling me out of my name, and that’s when the manager herself and about the rest of the crew came out with her, yelling screaming wanting to fight. And i asked the manager, how is this ok? she had no response for me, except she decided to chime on in with the co workers. Very very unprofessional place, and i go to Dunkin avidly, and i make sure to never ever go there again. It seems Dunkin is slacking with their hiring process.

We pulled up at 5:45 and the two young kids told us that they stop taking orders at 5:30. I don’t know who owns this particular store, but they’re costing you money because there is no way that’s true.

Super fast, friendly service through the drive thru. Coffees were great!
