Disgusting. The hashbrowns I received today are most definitely a day old and are cold. Not crispy at all. Why would they give someone this? The others are in the bag. I?ve never had any Dunkin?s hash brown that wasn?t crispy so I knew something was offand when I took a bite of one could tell it was cold and old. Here?s a photo to show the outside and the way they?re breaking.An old hash brown.

Came by today(6-26) around 6pm from another Dunkin which messed up my order, asking for it to be remade. The workers were very understanding and kind, and remade my drink, apologizing even tho it was not their fault. I will be coming by more often, greatservice, AMAZING coffee!

Never go to this dunkin! Melody is the most rude, most unused employee I've ever treated. I know you don't need training to work here, but maybe it should be a prerequisite. I ordered two medium-sized hot coffee with creamer. Once I realized that my order was wrong, I went back to replace it. Melody acted as if it was an inconvenience for her to return an order she had grounded. They do not follow Covid guidelines as they tried to offer me a cup without a lid. Melody then hit the sliding door in my face when I tried to talk to her manager about her. Melody has to be fired as she acted like an animal and has no customer service.

We stopped by around 4:45 PM specifically to order a warm sandwich from the menu. The store closes at 8 PM, but we were told the oven is turned off four hours before closing, so they couldn’t serve us. When I asked if this policy was posted anywhere, the employee said no. He suggested we come back the next day, which was frustrating since we were traveling. He also mentioned that hardly anyone comes in after 4 PM and that staff need to be present while the oven is cleaned, so it has to be off. If the manager is aware of this, it reflects very poorly on customer service and business practices. This results in lost revenue due to lazy staff.

I visited the Dunkin' drive-thru and ordered a hot latte. I had to wait quite a while, and when I finally received my drink, it was lukewarm. This was my first time at this location in over a year due to previous issues, and unfortunately, it seems they haven't made any improvements.
