Melody is the most rude, most unused employee I've ever treated. I know you don't need training to work here, but maybe it should be a prerequisite. I ordered two medium-sized hot coffee with creamer. Once I realized that my order was wrong, I went back to replace it. Melody acted as if it was an inconvenience for her to return an order she had grounded. They do not follow Covid guidelines as they tried to offer me a cup without a lid. Melody then hit the sliding door in my face when I tried to talk to her manager about her. Melody has to be fired as she acted like an animal and has no customer service.

The last several times my wife and I visited the Duncan on Lewisville Clemmons rd, the service was lack luster at best. My wife loves iced coffee, and her order is never right. It's not that complicated of an order, and it seems like our order is a bother to the workers there. The Duncan in Mocksville on the other hand, is the bomb. Great service and always treated us like they were glad to see us. My wife emailed Duncan's corporate a few weeks ago, still no response. Sorry Duncan in Clemmons, we will not be back.

The hashbrowns I received today are most definitely a day old and are cold. Not crispy at all. Why would they give someone this? The others are in the bag. I?ve never had any Dunkin?s hash brown that wasn?t crispy so I knew something was offand when I took a bite of one could tell it was cold and old. The workers were very understanding and kind, and remade my drink, apologizing even tho it was not their fault. I will be coming by more often, greatservice, AMAZING coffee!
