The young man working the drive through was a... read more This location definitely needs more staff, the drive through line was around the building. I quickly realized why. The young man working the drive through was also responsible for the front counter and helping fill orders. I ordered dirty rice, and 4 Cajunfilet biscuits. I only received 2 so I went inside. He had to stop taking drive through orders to help me. The food was goodthankfully!!

Even as th... read more This is absolutely the worst Bojangles I have ever visited, and I thought the one in Lewisville was horrible. First of all, how do you open with a B? Even as the sanitation grade is now an A, I?m not sure that is accurate based on all of the negativereviews. This place just looks unsanitary looking through the drive they window! It?s one thing to be short staffed, but anotherto serve over/uncooked food. I used to visit Bojangles frequently, but seems the last couple of years all have become terrible.Quality is terrible, service is terrible. Absolutely unacceptable. Better off cooking at home! If I could give zero stars, Iwould.
