Even as th... read more This is absolutely the worst Bojangles I have ever visited, and I thought the one in Lewisville was horrible. First of all, how do you open with a B? Even as the sanitation grade is now an A, I?m not sure that is accurate based on all of the negativereviews. This place just looks unsanitary looking through the drive they window! It?s one thing to be short staffed, but anotherto serve over/uncooked food. I used to visit Bojangles frequently, but seems the last couple of years all have become terrible.Quality is terrible, service is terrible. Absolutely unacceptable. Better off cooking at home! If I could give zero stars, Iwould.

We sat there for at least 5 minutes and kept trying to talk to the cashier again but got no response so we drove around again and triedit again. He said he apologized and said he couldn't hear us the first time so we ordered our food. We drove up paid our moneythe was asked to drive up a little to wait for our food. I kid you not, we waited another 20 to 30 minutes. It appeared thatonly a few people were working that day and they were clearly overwhelmed but it was awful. We will not be coming back again.
