When they finally came to the cash register, the cashier showed up high and put my friends order in wrong. Go find another Bojangles, this one isn’t worth it. Meanwhile, other customers... read more I went inside to check on the status, and I found employees just chatting in the dining area, completely forgetting about our order. Meanwhile, other customers were waiting for their orders to be taken and some eventually left because no one was there to help them. It was almost comical how disorganized everything was. When we finally got home, we discovered they hadn't included a bun for the sandwich and didn't provide any of the sauces we had requested. If you value decent service, I recommend avoiding this Bojangles. It was a real letdown.

But after waiting 45 minutes for three 4-piece chicken supremes, I get home to find there is some type of purple crystal looking residue all over the chicken yes, in every box. It smells like cleaner. $33 and it all went in the trash. It’s the bare minimum to look at the food you’re handing people before giving it to them. Hate to say it, but wish there was a zero ’s option.

I inquired at a lower price. She replied yes! However, when she advised me the total and she didn 'tcharge me for 1 of the sides. Apparently she felt this was a great deal, and I was ignorant and dumb! If the meal includes 2sides, and a biscuit, how was I getting something special as replacement. Then she insults me by asking if I still wanted thetwo sides. I definitely told her, that wasn 't a deal. Especially since I wasn 't receiving the dinner I wanted, and being chargedthe same price. I drove off, circled in front of their franchise, went straight across too Wendy 's. Best decision ever!!Bojanles had already lost my business at their Country Club Rd Location, now they can add this franchise too their list.

The chicken sandwiches looked and tasted like yesterday?s unsold leftovers. The fries were cold and the tea resembled what I would imagine to be dirty laundrywater. I honestly don?t think they?ve cleaned the tea canister in weeks. Terrible!
